Kathy is a gem. I have been working with her for several years first renting in Laguna Woods and then in purchasing a co-op in Laguna Woods. It was not an easy task for either thing. At the time it was very hard to rent and she pursued until she found me the right place. Then later on when I was looking to buy a place it was definitely a sellers market. We looked at everything that was in my price range and something several times.When I think back on it, it was slim pickings. Things were going as fast as they were put on the market. But she never gave up on me. Even when I wanted to go back several times and couldn’t make up my mind. And I was never sure of what I wanted. But she took it all in her stride.
